I know I've slacked off the last few months on getting on here so I'm going to start recording again... I've started a new exercise regiment that seems to be working well. I will go Monday mornings to water zumba at 7am and then water aerobics at 8am. Wednesdays I will ride the stationary bike for 30 minutes at 7:20 and then join the water aerobics class at 8am then walk to the library. Friday I will do the same thing. On Saturdays I will go to regular zumba at 11am. Plus on all days that are nice and not raining or too cold (hopefully we are done with cold weather for this spring) I will take my dog Bear on walks and have him work on his training with me. Along with the exercise I plan to try eating a bit better. Not so much limiting my portion sizes like I have been doing but rather eat stuff that is healthier altogether.
165.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
