ok. up just a bit but so happy. sunday morning it was up as I expected. Friday I went to sauna and sat was down a good amount. after my weekend events and being worried about food. I am still within .5 lbs of where I was the next morning after the sauna.. time for a dance party
152.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
