Eeeeeeeeek. That’s what happens when I stop tracking and eat junk for a week! I’m hoping some of it is water weight?? Back to strict tracking, intermittent fasting and low carb this week. Have a big event next week and need to fit in my clothes right.
184.4 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
