21.8 miles last week. Distracted by multiple factors. Will try again this week. Appreciate the challenge!

The weigh-in is off- I did it after dinner and fully clothed.
138.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
