I have not used this site for a long time. My weight loss once plan was actually restarted in January 2015. I have been eating clean and cut out all gluten and most sugars. I work out at least 3 times a week and just started Bikram Yoga! I love the way I feel! I experiment with new ideas for eating and make my own pastas which are GF! Life feels on track and I don't weigh myself very often. I have gone down about 3 pant sizes and that is how I gauge my loss.
I'm eating healthy fats and good carbs. I don't count calories and I incorporate chia, flax, and coconut oil in a number of my recipes.
YES weight loss CAN and DOES happen for women over 40!! I'm 49 and am in better condition than when I was 39. I wanted to share and journal this journey! :)
