1239 kcal Fat: 36.80g | Prot: 44.71g | Carb: 66.42g.   Breakfast: apple, light silk soymilk vanilla, Lowfat Plain Yogurt. Lunch: Beef Filet Mignon (4 oz), bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, lettuce, Olive oil, rice vinegar. Dinner: cauliflower, broccoli, olive oil, boneless skinless chicken breast. Snacks/Other:  chocolate brownie , laughing cow cheese, black olives, pinot noir, trail mix cranberry delight. more...
