2 BBQ's this weekend... tried to cut calories by omitting buns. Brought my own veggies to snack on. My trainer at the bootcamp rarely gives me feedback (none, actually) so I have not put in a whole lot of effort into the bootcamp this summer.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
