Hello world! im off work today yoohoo! im happy with my progress so far and have no idea what im eating today other than staying under 1000 calories. im gonna look into McAllisters Deli and see what they have to offer. I know they have 5 menu items under 500 calories. I can always have the ham and turkey flatbread sandwich from subway. That was a pleasant surprise and i love bread i can have without feeling guilty I also like SoBe water too. No calories and a refreshing light flavor to it.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
