kingkeld's Journal, 01 August 2011

I'm getting mighty tired of not losing much weight. Hopefully this will be the end of fluctuating this time, I really don't want to end in the 99's again, and even less over 100.
Yesterday, I decided to do something to prevent constipation - something that has been bugging me for quite a while doing this, and of course a huge factor when it comes to a stable weight loss. I decided to start eating Psillium Husk (or whichever way it's spelled), which is essentially just fiber in a natural form. I understand that this binds that water to the food I eat, and I suppose that could be held responsible for some of the weight gained? I don' know.
Anyways, the smart, smart scales says that I lost fat, so I am not all depressed, not at all. I just want things to get moving again. I'm on a mission here, dammit! :)
Life is good.

Oh, I am patient. At least, most of the time. :) Thanks, my friend. Sometimes I just need an outlet for the frustrations of AGAIN being back up where I was almost 3 weeks ago. I know things are happening, I feel it on my pants size, but it's just bugging me when I don't see results. I wanna keep doing good. :) Again, THANKS. :)

I am a hugh fan of psyllium. It is a great source of fiber. Also , if you don't already know, ground flax seeds are not only good fiber but a good source of health promoting Omega 3's. You have done an amazing job on your weight loss.

Definitely an amazing and inspirational job of weight loss. I'm a fan of chia seeds for fiber.

I'd like to inspire more, if I can get my damn weight to stop yo-yoing. :)
