Well apparently my "diet" plan isnt working. I am going to check out Atkins. I did eat a lot of carbs/sweets this week..so that didn't help. I cut down on my diet cola to 2 a day...working on getting off them for good, But I love the "bite" of the carbonation. Anyway, I am very disappointed because I have been yoyoing between 175 and 185 for a year now, and can't seem to drop below 175 ( which if I did it would certainly inspire me more). I got a walking buddy and am now walking 45 min a day for 5 days a week..we are working up to a full hour. Will keep you posted.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You will do it orcaprices you just have to really feel it in your heart to do it. That's what happen to me, I was tired of my stupid winter weight and only fitting into a selective amount of my clothes, so I just said to myself you are strong and like your control so control this weight that is on your body. Today my selection that fits as I lose is becoming larger and the clothes that didn't look right look better and my jeans don't look like I painted them on, plus I can breathe lol so do your research maybe Atkins will assist you too. I have found that low carb is what works for me to lose and maintain my weight and Im studying more ways how to not to eat all the high carbs over the winter holidays plus Im writing this on in my journal too so I can go back if I cave.
