Four full weeks on Medifast, and 11 pounds gone. I guess my weight loss has leveled out to about 2 pounds per week, now. That is not super fast, but I will certainly take it. I am pretty religious about the Plan. No real deviations -- last night, tho, I baked some salmon that had a coating on it from the grocery store -- some light panko breading with a couple of pine nuts. This is about as bad as my digressions have been. I walk 5 mornings a week for 35 minutes, and have added Gilad (40 mins 3X week). I think I will have some lost inches when I measure. I will do that on Sunday, as my first month officially ends on the 4th. I do believe that I am committed to this Plan and will stick with it until 145 pounds. The only thing I really miss from time to time is still my wine. Soooooo, this must be where the saying came from. You know. "No wine before its time!" hahaha.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

YO GIRL!!! You are ROCKING IT!!!!! I am so proud of the focus you have! You will have whine about your wine! LOL! I guess I am lucky I had quit before I started trying to control my weight. I am happy for you!
