Good Morning!

Had to be in Gainesville for business so I couldn't write yesterday. Hope all is well with my friends. I wasn't feeling my best (tummy wise) on Thursday so I didn't want to work out. I stayed within the diet though and just had some chicken broth and some small slices of baked chicken breast and some jello for dinner.

I couldn't work out yesterday by the time I got back home I was too tired and too hot so I just collapsed. Right now I'm working on my coffee and I'll try to get to the gym either today or tomorrow to make up for the two days I couldn't. I always like to work out at least 4 times a week so I guess getting in two days with keeping straight with the diet is still ok. I weighed myself this morning and I dropped 2 more pounds. I tried on an old pair of gorgeous black jeans that I have and I was able to close them. I couldn't sit down mind you, but I was able to close them. I figure another two weeks or so and I can sit down without puncturing my liver.

Had a delish veggie/egg cup this morning with my black coffee and tonight I'm going out to Ruth Chris for dinner. Looking forward to that plus its on my diet (well the filet and green veggies are!) and still no alcohol. I really do miss having a glass of wine with dinner but I've committed to this so I will see it thru as long as I can.

In two weeks I'm going on a weekend wine tasting at a chateau in the Georgia mountains of all places and I'll wait until then to have wine. That way I can sample and not feel I'm doing anything wrong. It should be alot of fun..the Chateau is gorgeous with pools and golfing and a spa...
