1245 kcal Fat: 22.66g | Prot: 48.99g | Carb: 120.78g.   Breakfast: apple, light silk soymilk vanilla, Lowfat Plain Yogurt. Lunch: tomatoes, Grape Tomatoes, boneless skinless chicken breast, rice vinegar, black olives, Olive oil, lettuce. Dinner: potsticker table and pork, loin of pork, cauliflower, olive oil, gravy. Snacks/Other: split skin grapes, edamame, hersheys chocolate minis , pinot noir. more...
