Up from the last official weigh-in, but down from after my trip, which is something considering what I ate! I feel that I am back on track, but trying to reduce my calories, after seeing a friend from back home who lost 40 lbs. in 3 months, counting calories (not my diet of choice) but she kept hers under 1000. I'm thinking perhaps maybe reducing my calories and keeping my carbs between 20 and 30 might help things along. Time will tell!
