im going to weigh daily as usual. it always helps me to stay on top of things. im going with 1000 calories a day. dont know if thats bad or good. im not going to eat any big meals. im going to eat small ones over the course of the day
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

isn't a little not enough you were eating about 1700 calories a day to keep your weight maybe you want to loose a bit slower so you don't have cravings you don't want
