Good morning everyone. I've taken a sabbatical from 1 June to 1 August, not adhering to the meal plan during the June weekends and all of July. Setting my goals back to toning up my abs and stretching more. That extra 6 lbs told me tells a story...heaviness!!! It matters!!!
