I have been doing really good. This weekend was really good I think I drank more coffee than I did anything else. I did do a lot of house cleaning on sunday. Saturday I just took a day for me and relaxed the whole day.
146.4 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
