JDbowler's Journal, 05 March 2015

Hello to my FS friends. it has been a little while since I have been on here. Craziness has happened in my life the past few weeks. Between an unexpected death in my wife's family and having to put my 13 yr old in an in-patient facility for a week things are hectic. No one has slept well. My wife and I haven't exercised or logged food because we are mentally and physically drained. Personally, I am happy to know that even without logging food and exercising, I maintained my weight. I'm not losing but I think once the spring gets here that will change. I'm still making good choices and listening to my body when it tells me it's full. I have had a few more snacks than I should, and I'm gonna change that. Starting now. Its back to being mindful. It needs to happen. Tired or not. I hope everyone has been well. I will look in on how everyone has been as soon as I can and support and find support from everyone. Hope you all have been well. Back to journals, logging, and working. Have a great day everyone.

It looks like you lost a pound though... that feels way better than gaining it! Welcome back! :)
