fat 40.5% it has been a stressful few days, waiting for an employment contract which turned out to be bs because of €100k penalty clause. I wasn't going to sign that. pity it was presented just 3 days prior to start date. no worries. I wanted to eat junk food but thank goodness I prepared some steamed veggies for snacking with some humus. I am pleased with myself. made out some Ice cream tonight with coconut milk, tahini and maple syrup. let's see how it will turn out tomorrow.
