Slightly deceptive. This is the one week average, and although I dipped midweek, back up this weekend. Inconsistent with tracking. A lot of stressors, and I'm a stress eater. We had a definite excrement hitting the HVAC situation at work this week. Still, all I can do is to try each day to do better.

Had a reunion with friends I hadn't seen in 30 years. They were taking a trip out west and looked me up. We had an amazing visit, and we've vowed it will NOT be another 30 before we see each other again!

“Excrement hitting the HVAC”! 😂🤣 I’m going to steal that. Too funny! Hope this week goes better for you!

Does your office have a door and blinds? Instead of hunting chocolate, maybe crank up some big tunes and dance (or headbang) it out. 🕺🏽💃

I'm so glad you reconnected with friends as you have been under a lot of stress. Although I am not a fan of specific diets and don't believe in one size fits all my stress levels and ability to cope with it have been aided by exercise and my former doctor's diet designed specifically for me. I sometimes wonder if I would be alive now if it were not for him.

MeeMaw... it went up a whoooooole 'nuther level this week. Something like the love child of an industrial hog farm and a jet engine factory 🤣 Fortunately, it's settled down! JB, I'm beginning to think the only thing that's going to break my bad office habits is retirement, which fortunately isn't far off. It's stress level, not visual temptations, so I doubt pulling the blinds will help. There's hope, though. I got the word this week that my boss got a desperately needed additional position approved. He's going to hire someone to do what I'm doing now, so I'll be training them and working on special projects. It should significantly reduce both workload and stress

Morticia -- thank you for your support and I'm so glad you found a doctor who could offer you so much help. I, for one, am truly glad you're here 🤗❤️ I had a lovely visit with my friends, and we're now keeping in touch. Work is back under control now, so that's a load off. You have a lovely day! 😃
