Ive noticed that if i weigh immediately after getting up and weigh after 1 hour is usually about .2-.4 less for some reason. Thought it was strange so i dont count it.

Ok for those that are testing it. The rules are no pooping or peeing on your walk. Or drinking or eating.

Weight is a measure of force not mass. Your mass times the force of gravity. The gravitational pull at a specific point on the planet can change by small amounts throughout the day depending on many factors. For instance, like the density of the rock in the planet below you. As the rock heats up due the heat transfer from the sun, it’s density decreases as it expands. Ex: your weight in kg is approx: 83 kgxmeter/second2 So, weight = mass x gravity. So, 83,000 gramsxmeter/second2 = mass (in grams) x 9.81 m/s2. So, your mass based on the standard value of gravity is 8300/9.81 = 8,460.8 grams. Or, 8.46 kg of mass. Now if the momentary measurement of gravity happens to decerase even slightly, say to 9.79 kgxmeter/second2 then your weight would be 8460.8 x 9.79 = 82,831.2 gramsxmeter/second2. Which converts to 182.6 lbs. So, your weight decreased from 183 lbs down to 182.6 lbs. However, your mass did not change. It was just a change in the momentary gravitational field the earth is exerting on you.

gettingcut I'm curious how long it took you to research, calculate and type all of that up 👀
