New month, new goals, new plan....
175.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you cant wait when Im able to post a loss, I began Thursday 2/26 not doing a weigh in until Friday.

Thanks everyone for the support...spring is in the air and I am more determined than ever. I posted an ad in the paper for a walking buddy...hopefully someone or someones will respond...
