Thanks, otb 😊 Coming down from a big spike in June from spending time with family eating what they eat (SAD) and going on the low fiber diet for a colonoscopy. I didn't realize how much I rely on fiber to fill me up until I was deprived of it. Felt like I could NOT get full, no matter how much I ate. Still struggling with anxiety eating at the office, but I have less than 7 months to go until retirement, so there's an end to that in sight

Thanks, Matt! I'm excited about it 😃 My countdown to retirement has been a running joke in our office for 6 or 7 years now 😂

Well done! Retirement is great! I worked for 47 years, and the only thing I missed when I retired was the daily interaction with my co-workers. I love the freedom of days with absolutely no obligations.

Thanks, Cheesegobbler! 😃 shirfleur -- I will say, I do love my coworkers. Best people I've ever worked with! The good news is, I work in a library, so I can always pop in to write and research, and say hi to folks. Plus, they've promised to invite me back for parties 😊

7 months?? I’m green w envy. Lol I still have 5 years! Hope I can make it (with this career). Nice drop! How did the colonoscopy go? Hope all good news.

You can make it, StormsGirl! I have faith in you! I'm doing my best not to retire before I retire. 😉 Actually have the biggest project of my career to tackle before I go, dang it. Colonoscopy was clean as a whistle, thanks for asking! In my family, there's Crohns, colon cancer and even cancer of the small intestine (rare), so I'm on the 5 year screening schedule, not 10. It's also one of the reasons I chose plant-based
