I was losing weight really well. Eating healthy, drinking water, etc. I have lost 9 lbs this month and then this Monday it all came to a screeching halt! I would like to drop another 1.5 lbs by the end of this month. Help me get over this plateau.

Plateau is a ugly word if you're trying to lose weight! Don't be discouraged, it happens to everyone who is trying to get to a healthy weight. Sometimes the weight loss comes to a halt however, it doesn't mean you're not losing inches. Keep that in mind. This is just a bump in the road. Keep up the hard work!
