I am going to try this mediterranean diet..there is alot of talk about healthy the people in the region and how great they look
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I just drank my 5th glass of water and did 15 minutes in the pool..the junk food stops tomm..any ideas of what to eat

Think wholesome foods. Veggies, fruits and whole grains and lean meat.
