Good Monday morning to all my buddies. Hope things have been well for you. Things just keep getting crazier and crazier for me, but such is life. Not much to tell, just lots of stuff going on. I hope you all have been well, I haven't been on lately, been very busy. But I try to poke in now and then, just not able to stay long. Hopefully I can get back to it this week. Hope you all have a great Monday and a great week.
268.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
