no weigh in, felt guilty this morning after eating baked macaroni at 9pm. I was carrying too much stuff for food, so today prepared 3 meals + 1 snack. and I have same for tomorrow. breakfast was fresh kiwi with linseed, walnuts and almonds, honey and almond milk and oil. lunch was a delicious salad with fresh spinach leaves, tomato, cucumber, some steamed veg, hummus, very moist. at 3pm I had kiwi and blueberries. for dinner soft polenta and steamed veg. hope to eat at 5pm and fast till tomorrow morning.🤞🤞
