fat 40.8% I need to incorporate more exercise, since it's getting hot I should split in half hour chunks. today I gave a 3 hour seminar. patience is key, I am trying to be totally plant based and remove wheat and dairy. yes I have made some exceptions in the past couple of weeks and that explains why I have plateaud but still happy with my choices. I will leave them as treats or emergency if I get too hungry. today I prepared green juice for breakfast, banana and blueberries mousse for snack, kelp and cucumber with TSP olive oil and lemon juice. for lunch, zucchini noodles with 2 tsps ready pesto sauce and 1tsp olive oil and 1 TSP lemon juice and 15grm pine nuts toasted. for dinner sweet potato with spinach mash and herbs, 1 artichoke hearts and 3 TSP hummus. I also have pear (250 ml) as a snack. I am also tracking my water intake and exercise through the Lifesum app.
154.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Looking at this, I would say you are entirely missing protein which is very painful for your weight loss
