So I am down to a new, lowest weigh-in. Yaaay! :) Fluctuation time is over, hopefully for longer than one day.
Starting a three week break from work today. Hope I can maintain my diet.
Life is good.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 123.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
