fat 40.5% yesss... so the secret is not to eat heavy at night when I come home. yesterday I finished with half cooked beetroot, 2 artichoke hearts with hot sauce and 3 rashers of streaky bacon, I was trying to find food which was not bread, pasta or noodles! today I am on a full day seminar in villa in Rabat, so choices. I had two small coffee, 2 small imqaret and 1/4 baby sandwich white bread. I transported my green juice in glass container and it was nice and fresh, had it before going into the venue. it was too early to drink at 7:30. so I will probably do this going forward. 2 spinach pastry bites and 1 choc merengue +coffee. had some small bites for lunch and a glass of red wine. two small sweets. no exercise today, not even a walk video. for dinner I cooked 1 tomato with onion flakes, no oil, then made zucchini noodles from 1 zucchini and mixed with the tomato, added 2tsp of my pepperoncino homeade sauce. delicious. packet of twistees😞
153.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
