fat 40.5% trying not to eat too late. instead I exercise. today I had green juice for breakfast, before that chucked down that chia see concoction, you feel a burning sensation as it goes through your stomach. around 10:45 had brown pitta bread with hummus. for lunch I prepared some beetroot cubes, cooked, and 1/3 cup risotto rice (uncooked) added 5 1/3 cups of water, some onion flakes and salt and cooked it for 13 minutes, I added a handful of chopped fresh asparagus, some fresh coriander and parsley half way through the cooking. instead of fruits I got fresh pomegranate juice and for dinner I have a broccoli soup. hmmm recalculated my date for achieving my ideal weight, it's moved to Oct 14.... I might need to tweak a bit more, but I go abroad to Vienna this Friday so I will have to work on this after I come back. hope to make some good choices abroad.🤞
153.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
