today is my one week official weigh in at 186 and since the 13th I have lost 4lbs in one week :) went up a 1lb since yesterday but I'm sure it's just water since it's just a lb, not gonna stress it just keep going!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
