Going through my stuff, thought I had posted this, gotta back post a couple weighins to get caught up...

Today, May 1st, marks the official kickoff day for my 2023 diet!
Easing into it w/slight intake moderation and some house & yard project activities.
Last summer was a huge weight loss success for me, and both of those are what I attribute it to.

236.8 lb Lost so far: 58.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
