Bad week and half. My son was in town for his birthday so there was cake and icecream. Cherry cheesecake and various candy bars. Not a good week for keeping track of my meals or weight.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
