fat 41.1% yesterday I had not one but two bacon and tomato sandwiches and they tasted so good. it lifted up my spirits. didn't manage my yoga this morning but will try and fit in some exercise today. I did get the gym to extend my membership by one month so I go in on 22nd Jun. I would have come back from my Vienna trip in early Jun. I will probably work shorter hours at the shop to fit a good session at gym including my favourite sauna. today I have prepared cauliflower soup (250ml), raw tomato, cucumber and chickpea salad with some olive oil, parsley and some dried red chilli flakes and onion flakes. I have 2 kiwis, blueberries and strawberries (250ml jar) and as a snack I have celery stalks and the artichoke and tahini dip I made yesterday. I have raised my goal weight to 57kg so as to make it more manageable. This means if I keep this trend I should loose 13kg by 16 September. That would be nice for my London trip!
154.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week
