fat 41.1% did all the exercise at one go yesterday as didn't have time during the day, but at 5pm started till 6:50pm before closing shop. the last workout is 80s music and I really enjoy it. however had soup and sandwich for dinner and from one sandwich it turned out to be two. brown bread with tomato paste and mortedella one slice and the other was tomato paste with a smudge of leftover hummus and two slices of cheese. this morning missed my spicy lemon water but had a mug of water on an empty stomach whilst I prepared today's food: blueberries with ground oats, almond milk ,chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, a dash of lemon juice, 1 TSP maple syrup, 1 TBS honey and cinnamon. had some cut up fresh Pineapple. 250 ml jar. for lunch I have broccoli soup,250ml, followed by 1/3 cup quinoa with ground green lentils and ground mushrooms, then cooked some fresh mushrooms and shredded spinach with some sage and chives (no oil) and mixed in some fennel, cumin and mustard seeds, I love the crunchy surprise, topped with some parsley and cayenne pepper. I have a brown pitta bread and some soft goats cheese, I case it's not enough 😃
155.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
