Ugh now im sick :( totally messing things up
157.0 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the support guys! I just came on to log my food for the day and this made me feel better. Hopefully I can kick this cold and be back to 100% asap! I tried workout and all i could muster up were some sit ups and a few bicep curls then I went back to the couch! Hope you guys had a good day :)

I am hearing of so many people sick or either getting sick or being sick and this illness -- what ever it might be lasting. My co - workers have had some kind of awfulness hit them (crossing my fingers and knocking on wood I do not get it as I have become a big baby lately). Illness not really friendly to others, so hoping all those that are not well a speedy recovery.

I hear its going around too, I hope you don't get it! This came at the worst time for me. I am going on a trip to Florida in one week and I was supposed to be spending this week preparing, packing and running errands. Fingers crossed this goes away quickly.
