Hmmm I'm still the same weight & I'm happy with it Last Friday was my birthday ate whatever I wanted Fri,Sat. & Sun Haven't really been watching what I eat. today I'll be doing happy hour at Saltgrass with my BFF Cheel since she couldn't make it last Friday.
Hopefully Monday i'll be able to pick back up on working out, Then I can work on the food part 1 thing at time.
