well well well, I had only 2 bad meals over the weekend and you can see what happened. I don't get it. I diet all week perfectly. I can't eat anything without gaining what I lose! This is so frustrating.
134.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
