put in my half hour, did Chilates wake-up and salute and strengthen followed by guided meditation. I think I will follow this routine for 1 week. Juice is ready to drink for breakfast followed by leftover pear which I prepared to take with me as a snack. prepared garlic and spinach soup and sweet potato mash with a little coconut oil and dried sage. have some homemade hummus and celery sticks as a snack. for noon workout found a 20 minute video of losing 5kg in 10 days standing only by the girls centre, then I followed it up by a 10 minute video of love handles and lower abdomen. glad I kept up. had a small glass of prosecco wine, once it finishes I will not open a bottle.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
