Rejoined WW. Need to make it work. I need to better myself. I need to change my habits (snacks) NOW!!! Take from the MayoClinic diet - choose to change one thing. Master that than choose another to change. Try for one per week. The farther you get away from now, the easier your changes should come. Once you get going, change the first road block into a hurdle, never go back. Keep looking forward. Reach your goal Karen. It is possible. Many others have succeeded before yo.
