Holding.....God is good! I feel good trying some new workouts, switching things up. More conscious of what I am eating. Not that I have not been but also just switching it up and looking at things differently. Trying to stay motivated and healthy and fit!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
