caught a cold. bummer, it's so hard to get excited about eating anything when you can't breath!
Trying to drink lots of water and drink some tea so we will see what happens this week.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
