OMG!!! I had a bad year last year. And I've almost gained all my weight back. Trying to get back on the wagon!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can get back on plan! Keep looking food - Get rid of crap and chemical ladden foods like pop-tarts and creamer. Go clean and more pure. You'll shave off carbs and calories and your body will be much happier. Think of sugar as an inflammatory evil that feeds disease and wreaks havoc. Feel supported and cheered on!
