Ok, I've totally blown it! I had made it from 212 to 156. Had some health issues and added stress of my husband having cancer and now I'm back up to 220! I can't seem to STAY on a diet. I continuously try and fail. I need to know what to do to keep from having the urge to eat all the time AND how to avoid sweets. I swear, I'm like a drug addict on sweets. I do good as long as I don't touch them, but once I do.........I crave it the rest of the day and give in to my cravings. Any ideas on what could help control these cravings? PS. I don't want to depend on a diet pill. Thanks

Ok, getting fat AGAIN!!! Had some health issues and then it turned into just food issues, especially CHOCOLATE! I need help! I need to focus, and I really don't know how.
