I'm doing great! Finally! The weight's still not coming off as fast as I think it should for the effort I'm putting in, but it will come. I'm 100% on track. I've been exercising daily (and shoveling snow on top of that!), measuring out every bit of food and not cheating a single bit! I'm on my way!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.0 lb a week
