Still stuck at 246.6. I will not be deterred by this plateau. I will continue to workout at least five times a week and hit my food numbers. Well except for today. LOL It is Super Bowl Sunday so I may indulge a bit. I plan to spend the first half of the day with my youngest son for his birthday lunch. I then will enjoy the big game with my wife. We are more Russell Wilson fans than Seahawks fans since he played at NC State when my kids went there. As for the Super Bowl, Go Seahawks!
246.6 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
