tonight was the first night of Biggest loser 8. i watched that then watched tv another 2 hours, ate reeses pieces, spinach dip & bread, and beef fried rice for dinner, i had mandrin oranges for breakfast, oatmeal for lunch and trail mix for snack at work. i want to at least exercise 3 hours a day so if i stayed up too late i will have to work out during lunch and after school.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
