Looking forward to starting the walking challenge even though it will be rough for the first two days. My eldest is down with a high fever and we fly to Australia on Monday. Thst means ling hours sitting down and staying inside.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
