Weight in: 179.8
Busy week at the bakery this week so I'm getting the workouts in while I can.
Been struggling some to meet my daily protein goals.
And my toe is still swollen from the weight falling on it last week.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
